General:

Very easy day. Only 10km with a stop at some natural hot pools on the way. Was relatively cruisey trail, all in beech forest and some grazed stretches, with a few small river crossings. The hot pools were a nice break for the body but I couldn’t sit around in them for any longer than 30mins.

Body/Health:

Spoke too soon re: toe. It’s not a happy camper today.

Outlook:

Feeling good. A few short days over the last week has helped.
