General:

149. Nice river walk followed the Waikato River from Hamilton all the way to Ngaruawahia. Some amazing houses on the river bed along the way. Lots of locals riding bikes and walking dogs.

150. Rain day, hanging in and around The Tron!

Body:

Knee dodgy last few weeks, hopefully walk it off.

Outlook:

Such a great break in Hamilton.
